Welcome to G.S Engineering Limited...

Ease and simplicity have played a major role in the design of this simulator. One person can quite easily set-up the complete simulator with the inflatable in only 10 mins.

 Small lightweight base unit:
Measuring 540mm long x 300mm wide x 600mm high allows easy access through standard doors and passages.

Weighing only 56 kilos. makes it lighter to carry than most children’s bouncy castle !

The base unit can easily be manuvered about using a good quality sack barrow.

Height restrictions have always been one of the main limitations on all multi-rides, so with the simulator base unit measuring only 600mm high, allows you operate in virtually any indoor venue that has a ceiling height of 2.5 meters.

 Stabiliser legs

The base unit is encased in an attractive fibreglass and is supplied complete with 4 slot in stabiliser legs.

Each Stabiliser leg is:-

Electro plated to prevent any corrosion

Supplied with hard rubber pads, which will help to reduce the possibility of any movement during operation
Fitted with a security spring to be completely secure during use

 Manual control console:

The Manual control console weighs only 7kgs and measures 350mm x 250mm x 320mm. On the Manual control console there is a:-

Power indicator light
Mains isolator switch (lockable)
Emergency stop button
Speed dial
Forward & reverse joystick
2 carrying handles

The operator simply activates the joystick either up or down, (forward and reverse) and at the same time gradually increases the speed dial.

Unlike the Automatic control console, there are no pre-set programmes or built in competition timer

 Automatic control console:

The Automatic control console measures 450mm x 310mm x 430mm and weighs. In addition to the above, the Automatic control console has:

Pre-set programme switch - 3 settings
Pre-set programme stop button
Digital timer (100mm digits)
Slave timer for the operator

The Automatic control console allows to you select either a Manual joystick operation or one of the 3 Automatic pre-set programmes, each of which are set to a different skill level.

The pre-set programmes allow each rider to have an identical ride, and having the built in timer is ideal for any competition events.

 Control Console Flight cases:
An optional extra are our purpose built flight cases, which are usually available from stock.

Having a flight case will:-

Help to keep your control console in good condition
Prevent any damage to the control console during transit
Keep your control console dry and secure when not inuse
Acts as a secure base for the control console during operation
Gives a more professional impression to your customers

 Surf & snowboard attachments:
This simulator has been designed for use with either a surfboard or a snowboard.

With both the surfboard & snowboards having a textured surface allows riders a better grip during their ride.

No other multi-ride attachment can be used on this simulator base unit.

Both the surf and snowboard attachments can be used on the G.S. Engineering Limited multi ride base unit.

 Themed inflatable safety mat:
Our standard blue and white themed inflatable safety mat measures 3.65 meters x 3.65 meters and are produced from flame resistant PVC which conforms to BS.5438 test 2a 1989

The inflatable is inflated by using a 0.75kw centrifugal fan.

 Easily Transportable

No need for large vans or trailers, the complete simulator which includes:-

The motion base unit
4 stabiliser legs
The control console
Surfboard or Snowboard attachment
Inflatable safety mat 3.65m sq.
0.75kw electric fan

Can quite easily be transported in any small van or hatchback vehicle.
